Quintessential Therapies was born out of an avid interest and belief in the power of holistic healing, and in particular that of vibrational energy healing. Developing my skills from a personal level to that of a professional therapist, my interest is forever growing and expanding, and so is my professional training.
 I have been attuned as an Usui Reiki practitioner by my inspirational Reiki Master Teacher, Debbie Petitt of Escape Holistic Therapies.
My Crystal practitioner training was undertaken with Sue and Simon Lilly of the Institute of Crystal and Gem therapists, and authors of a number of beautiful books about crystal and colour healing.
I also hold a diploma in Anatomy & Physiology
I am a member of the Complementary Therapist Association, ITEC and registered with the Affiliation of Crystal Healers Organisations.
I am fully insured to work with both animals and people.
Working with the energy in and around the body, I believe that health and vitality can be nurtured so as to lead happy and full lives.
