CRYSTAL RELAXATION CLASSES

Join me for an hour of relaxation. After a hard day what better than to relax in a tranquil environment, taking an hour out from your worries and busyness to enjoy a bit of 'me' time.

Join me every Thursday afternoon from 3pm - 4.15pm & once a month on a Tuesday from 6.15 - 7.30pm at the Nutritrain Southwest Centre for Health & Wellbeing, Unit 1 Jubilee Enterprise Centre, Weymouth.

In this class we will take time to relax and release pent up tension and rebalance your chakras and subtle bodies. Using crystals, relaxing music, guided meditation and the beautiful aroma of essential oils, this hour will help you unwind and rebalance your body, mind and spirit.

Please phone the centre on 01305 839394 to book your place. Cost is £6.00 per session or £30.00 for 6 sessions when paid in advance.

The next monthly evening session is on Monday 22nd February, thereafter it will be on a Tuesday with the following dates confirmed as Tuesday 23rd March & Tuesday 13th April.

WORKSHOPS IN THE BEAUTIFUL JURASSIC COAST OF DORSET

INTRODUCTION TO CRYSTALS WORKSHOP

Bring a bit of colour and revitalization into your life with this workshop. My next workshop is on the 20th March 2010. It is being held at the Nutritrain Centre in Weymouth, Dorset from 10am to 4pm. Cost is £45 and includes a workbook to take home and a complimentary crystal.

The workshops offer you a chance to learn how to use crystals for healing and everyday wellbeing. It covers an introduction to crystal healing qualities, selecting crystals, dowsing, simple healing layouts, the Chakra system and using crystals as oracles and talisman.

It is a fun workshop with opportunities to receive and practice simple crystal healing techniques and placements.

This half day workshop covers the use of crystals to help with personal and enviromental protection. In this workshop you will learn about which crystals are good for protection and how to use them.

The workshop runs from 10 am - 1 pm and is being held at the Nutritrain Centre in Weymouth on the 8th May 2010. Cost £25.00 to include a workbook to take home and a complimentary crystal.

CRYSTAL DIVINATION

This half day workshop cover how to use crystals for divination purposes. It will cover simple use of crystals as talisman and pendulum dowsing, through to more complex divination castings.

The workshop runs from 10 am - 1pm and being held at the Nutritrain Centre in Weymouth on 19 June 2010. Cost £25.00 to include a workbook to take home and a complimentary crystal.
